Nestled in a light-filled corner space with a touch of sultry allure, mena has been thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, motivation, and a feeling of endless potential. The boutique studio pays homage to its Georgian roots, with grand ceilings and repurposed cornicing, while infused with a blend of old Edinburgh tradition and an Anthropologie-meets-NYC vibe.
our founders
mena was founded by STOTT certified instructor Simone, alongside her husband Neil. Together, they bring years of combined expertise in the fitness industry, including more than a decade spent working in the Middle East. Their passion and experience have shaped mena into a unique studio, where every detail is designed to enhance the customer journey.
Drawing on years of experience in the Pilates and Barre industry, Simone and Neil have curated a collection of the world’s best and most renowned equipment and small apparatus.
